Does Textbookx ship internationally?

Textbookx does ship internationally to partner schools. Schools that are not within the partner network may be able to make shipping arrangements through customer service.

What is the Textbookx return policy?

Many items can be returned to Textbooks for 30 days after order confirmation, not order delivery. Items that are listed as “not returnable”, items purchased through the marketplace, items that are badly damaged or are one-time use products cannot be returned. A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns which is deducted from the refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Ebooks can be returned as long as the purchase was within 14 days and less than 10% of the book has been viewed or printed.

What shipping methods and details apply to Textbookx orders?

Shipping policies are divided into two parts, one for retail and one for marketplace and rentals. Retail items ship by USPS, Economy shipping at $3.97 plus $1.99 per item to the Contiguous US only. Economy shipping is free for orders over $49. Faster shipping times are also available with some restrictions and are delivered by UPS in most cases.

Shipping to Alasksa, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is by UPS at $10 plus $2 per item. Shipping to military posts is by USPS.

Marketplace and rental shipping varies by the seller and may be by different carriers.
