What is the GreatCall activation fee?
For every new phone or device plus service, there is a small activation fee required. Some plans may also require additional fees such as the first month’s service paid in advance.
What is the GreatCall return policy?
GreatCall allows phones and devices to be returned for 30 days after purchase at which time the cost plus some of the additional fees may be refunded. Activation and first month’s service charge can be refunded if the phone or device is returned in new/unused condition, the first month’s limits have not been met, and no other phone has been ordered yet. If you activate 2 phones but only need to return one the activation fee will not be refunded at all. A small fee may be deducted for shipping and handling.
