When you view your shopping bag on accuquilt.com, there is a box toward the bottom marked Order Summary. Underneath you will see a tab titled Have a Promo Code? When you click on the tab, a box will appear for you to enter yourAccuQuilt promo code. Click Apply and your promo code will be entered.
What is AccuQuilt return policy?
AccuQuilt offers full refunds on products that are returned within 10 days from the receipt of order. The returned items must be in new and unused condition and in the original packaging. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns can be made within 30 days of the order as well, but there will be a 10% restocking fee.
What shipping methods and details apply to AccuQuilt orders?
AccuQuilt offers free standard shipping on orders over $99 for addresses in the Contiguous U.S. Standard shipping costs $8 for orders under $99 and arrives in 3-8 business days. Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii costs $15 for orders under $99 and costs 6% of the item total for orders over $99. If you would like expedited shipping, you must contact the AccuQuilt Customer Experience Team directly. Orders placed by 3pm CST will ship the same business day if all of the items are in stock.
